Although the location was excellent, the u haul rep that called was very rude! The instruction on how to complete the app was very unclear, I thought I'd given it all to the location when I first called them. Then when I went to get the truck I got a call telling me I had stolen said truck. How can I have stollen it if I had the lock box code??? This person was mean and unnecessarily intimidating. Will not use uhaul ever again!!

Bonnie SThe truck was beat up. Doors were hard to close. It was not clean from inside. They recorded the fuel tank to be full when it was half. No responses on my sending them the pictures. Charged me for a full tank on a very high price
