Nothing. Was able to reserve the vehicle and pickup with ease. The transaction was quick, very professional and drop off was extremely easy. Will use this facility again when using U-Haul.
MICHAEL RDo not recommend. I had ordered 3 dozen moving blankets to protect our furniture during a move, but this location does not rent moving blankets at all. They cancelled that part of the order without any notice and it wasn’t until I asked about it that they admitted they did not have that equipment. With moving help already scheduled and paid for there was no way to change plans. I spent more time trying to find rugs and towels to tape together to cover furniture and had to make two trips, which cost extra mileage and more time. The whole time the person handing the truck rental acted like this wasn’t a problem at all and that I should be happy with a refund for the equipment they didn’t ever have but let me order and prepay for.
