He even supplied the safety pin so the hitch couldn't come off. Was kind and courteous. Helped hook up and check the lights. Excellent service.

Location was fine. The problem is the Uhaul corporation! They messed up my reservation. Changed locations with no notice. Really put me in a tough spot. I feel they only worry about getting the order and not so much about following through.
