The truck was fine as was picking it up using the app (even with no humans at the pick up site). However, every step through the rental process attempts to get you to add on extra items that cost money. I attempted to say “No” to each but apparently I clicked Safe Move and it charged me extra for that. I’ve asked to have the charge credited but have not had luck this far.
