Customer service was amazing, I was able to get in and on the road quickly to begin my moving process. The Manager at the store did incredible in handle the request I had for the truck, I would definitely refer them to everyone I know.

The appliance dolly was not in the truck when arrived at 8:30 AM and had to wait 30 minutes for the place to open up and get the person to go find one after reserving on app. I paid for 4 hours and only was able to use truck for 3 1/2 hours to return on time by 12:30 PM. I should be credited for the 30 minutes. Thank you
