Staff in the morning seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with the rental process. I rented a furniture dolly and an appliance Dolly, neither of which were available at this location. Truck was dirty upon pickup, trash in the cup holders, debris all over the back of the storage area. Furniture rugs/covers were not folder, thrown all over the back. Staff that was working when I returned was friendly and polite. Will not be using this location again. I returned the vehicle with a full tank, would appreciate reimbursement for overage on miles and the fee for the equipment that was not available.
