To start, the hours of operation are completely wrong. This caused me to drive to the location several hours before it was even open. When I called or did the online chat the not response was oops go somewhere else. After that the truck was filthy inside and out, covered in bird crap. Inside the cab was dirty with trash still inside. The person who issued the truck did not know how to rent the trucks so it took forever to get even after waiting hours for it to open. Then I was issued pads I did not want or need and were charged for them. When I told them I didn’t need them they said well you get charged for them no matter what and if I don’t want them to leave them but they are on my bill. Absolutely a horrible experience and would never let this place and these employees be my brand ambassador.
