My reservation was made using the phone app. It offered and and wanted a 4-wheel furniture dolly. When I picked up the truck and equipment, I was told the site did not have the furniture dolly. Fortunately for me, my situation had changed and I did not need the dolly. Had my situation not changed, that would have been very unhappy for me.
JAMES MTruck had leaks in the box. And the cab leaked. The box leaked up in the mom's attic and also somewhere in the middle of box. Ruined some of my stuff.
