Requirement to use a smart phone to check in and get truck can lead to problems. Security setting on phone did not allow sharing of pictures. Also for customers that do not have smart phones the staff should be able to assist with the pick up.

ABDUL STerrible customer service. The lady at the desk was not computer literate. She could not work the uhaul dealer application. I was at the office for over 1 hour 15 mins. Total sham. Horrendous.
