Confirmation dragged on for 20 minutes, clerk (not his fault) couldn’t get his Uhaul access going. Had to re-enter my full info on his phone; location was not was I asked for on June 16 (6 weeks before), I asked for pickup on Henri Bourassa Blvd. This location only had one blanket available, I ordered 12, so I had the blankets removed from the order. Very dissapointed!
