Le lieu de récupération a été changé la vieille et le courriel de confirmation était seulement en anglais. Même après avoir parlé avec un agent, il ne pouvait pas l'envoyer en français. Les messages d'attente au téléphone étaient également tous en anglais. Ce sondage est aussi en anglais seulement ce qui me déplaît beaucoup, vos services devraient être accessible en français au Québec.
