The issue every time I get a long distance one way rental, they move the pickup location from where I originally selected. This one was over an hour out of my way each direction, which was very inconvenient.

The only reason for the low score is that there wasn't anyone around to receive yhe trailer and secure it! I called the day before to verify that someone would be there! It was Easter Sunday so I would have understood if I was told otherwise!

CARMEL II reserved a auto transport to move my 2009 GMC truck at uhauls reservation line. The took 2 hours to get the paperwork done between Senders and Uhaul I hot the wrong equipment and over $550 in towing charges because they can't rentout the right equipment. Don't trust either
