Gurnoor SI was very disappointed with the service, because I had calculated all the mileage before renting the truck to ensure I had the total amount. Once I booked the truck, I get a call from someone at U-Haul telling me the truck isn’t available at the location I chose and I have to go much further to get it making my mileage almost double. I told them that I shouldn’t have to pay for extra mileage since it’s there fault for not having the truck available where I initially asked for it and the woman tells me in writing that they will adjust the invoice so I don’t pay extra. Well I get my invoice once everything is done, and sure enough they put all the added mileage onto the invoice and charged me credit card immediately. What a scam and to top it off, the truck drivers seat was missing cushion so it felt like I was driving sideways the whole time, which hurt my back. Overall was very disappointed with the fact that U-Haul couldn’t keep their word and charged me anyways.
