During my trip both of the trailer tires exploded while driving. The left side first followed by the right side 100 miles later. Road service support was reassuring and helpful with the longest wait for service to be 45 minutes. The follow up from the roadside service people was excellent. It would have been much better if after the first blow out that the service team just replace both tires instead of only replacing the failed tire. Considering that most tires are installed at the same time it would stand to reason that tires would have similar life expectancy. Having both tires replaced at the same time would give customers peace of mind after stress caused by one blow out.
