Everyone always is good, I have used this location service several times and always had good customer service. Kuddos to the agent that was there today when I came back to get my cell phone because I locked it up in one of there trucks, he was waiting on me when I pulled up. Lol 😂 Thank you

Truck had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, really bad. I told the Rep at the office. His response was “yeah I know, I tried to get it out.” If I had the time , I would’ve took my business elsewhere.

MARK WMake sure to tell people when picking up that they need to fold blankets or there is a charge. The sign in the truck doesn’t always get noticed when you’re in the middle of a busy move.
