Staff polite and friendly

Colin BHonestly the location was fine. Both agents were kind and courteous. The issue is that I booked this location for 8am pickup and the place opens at 9amand the gentleman showed up at 930am becuasei called his number and begged him to hurry. I had pre booked weeks in advance. I was 2 hours behind schedule which is unacceptable but the issue isn't the location it is UHaul that allowed an 8am booking. I'm very frustrated as the uhail agent I spoke with said she would compensate me for my troubles and ebem that isn't happen. Very u professional. I've used Uhaul several times and will need it again.
