Location and staff were great, unfortunately the U-Haul booking was late coming back so we lost and hour of time but that wasn't the locations fault

The customer service was fantastic and the shop owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful - however the van itself was full of dog hair and caused myself and partner to have allergic reactions. Not an ideal start to moving house.
