The Uhaul app was incredibly slow and kept timing out. It made the process take 20 minutes to just check out the truck. Very frustrating to waste our time like that.

TIEHUA YThis was to be returned to another location selected through the U-Haul app, however when I called to confirm, the place stated they DO NOT accept returns. This was unbelievable and a large inconvenience. U-Haul’s savior was the return location in orchards wa. Excellent help and made the rental experience a positive one. I would strongly suggest that U-Haul check out return locations, and disqualify bad reps..
Curt OThankfully, I took a picture of the odometer and mileage before moving the truck from the rental center because the fuel level was not accurately reported. When I returned the truck, the representative was ready to charge extra no matter what I said until I provided the photo. At the pick up location, the quoted price was about $400 less than what I was going to be charged until I asked for it to be fixed. This was not the fault of the person where I picked up the truck. It was a problem with Uhaul's reservation system.
