Was told that if I picked up at this location I would be given a free day, meaning they just added another day to my rental, which I didn’t need, so I got nothing for doing this. Very misleading. I was expecting to have a day of charges dropped off the bill. Won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone, will recommend Penske.
JERID MNot having customer parking at this location makes it a bit more challenging for pickup and drop-off, but the staff and service were fabulous.
