Small gas station lot, the personal inside was a life saver, so confusing on where the deop box was located, and where to park in the tiny gas station area. Personal inside helped me through it all, could not imagine the nightmare if they were not present during drop off.
Alexis AThis is a convenience store and the person working did have much knowledge of how to run the U-Haul side. Employee was adding extra charges when we already had a completed contract. The charges did get reversed.

CATHERINE SThe inside was completely sticky with like soda pop and the passenger window will roll her down. Huh was broke off. I had a chip in the front window.
