Try not taking advantage of senior citizens. Charging for 9 days of extra use. Dont lie about fuel level. give a receipt when dropping off. Also try putting up signage indicating that you do U-Haul services.

Kalvis KThis location is terrifying. It’s a beaten up car lot, and the U-Haul was parked back behind all the burned/beaten cars. I made my boyfriend drop it off and run back alone with pepper spray because I was terrified
Rebekah ZNightmare location. Van was blocked in and parking spot was blocked again when i returned. Someone from a next door shop told me to just leave it in the middle of the lot…blocking 4 cars in. I found a spot, but likely blocked someone in. The local homeless man said it was fine. Absolutely ridiculous setup.
