The check in/out process is absurd, overly complicated, slow, and inconvenient. When we arrived there was another party having the same difficulty and had been waiting a long time for the approval. Additionally, the dolly and moving blankets we ordered were missing. It wasn’t until we were returning the truck that someone asked if we still needed them. Ridiculous. Honestly, this was enough to avoid U-Haul in the future.
