This was not where I had reserved the truck. U-Haul screwed me and sent me 45 minutes away from where I had reserved it. Do not trust U-Haul when you reserve a vehicle. They can take a reservation but cannot keep it. And their customer service for southwest Virginia is rude and very unhelpful. The lady who helped me at H & H was great and so was Justin.

Bryan AThe location had internet connection problems. They also charged me for furniture pads they didn’t have, and added a $30 + travel insurance I didn’t want. I did not see the receipt until after I was charged so I didn’t have an opportunity to correct the charges and they could not issue a refund for the over charges. I’m still waiting on the refund.
