Well I was told that I had the trailer till Friday 7/31/2026 but I guess when I looked at the paperwork after uhaul was frantically calling me to ask where the trailer was I noticed it said 7/30/2026 not 7/31/2026 so the returning uhaul place charged me for another day because of it. Just didn’t think that was fair at all. Now the Vernon uhaul was awesome to work with and the associate was so kind and we had a nice conversation but it cost me an extra $30 so I really didn’t save anything bringing it to another uhaul place 45 min away when I could have dropped it off right where I was. I need to rent another couple times besides the 2 I’ve already done and I’m very apprehensive.
