The people at this location made everything easy ,but the people at Anderson's in Madison Indiana dropped the ball when I put my reservation in April to pick-up in late May and was never contacted by an uhaul rentals the day before my rental. When I arrived they had my trailer, but was told I couldn't have it. The person at Anderson's had to call regional to fix the problem and I was sent 23 miles to another location. I like Uhaul but the people at Anderson's dropped the ball I will never do business at Anderson's in Madison Indiana and suggest anybody that does needs to check and double check before pulling on their lot.
