Worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. I rented for one day and I have been charged $500!! Used the trailer for exactly 8 hours. Terrible experience and I will never rent from you again. And I have been a customer for 40 years

Emily BI reserved a truck in prestonville and had to go to vevey Indiana to pick up the truck. Someone should have brought the truck to prestonville for me to pick up. Big mess up and very much inconvenienced me. Should be reimbursed half my money.
