Excellent service and great location. Truck could’ve been cleaner and the fuel gauge was not very sensitive/accurate. Great experience overall.

CHUN CMaintain your trucks, we rented a 15' foot truck for three days in that time we needed to have the vehicle boosted 5 times. And one of those times it died right in front of a uhaul Location (lucky, right?) . Nope the agent who works for your company didn't understand that you needed a running vehicle and cables to boost another vehicle he simply gave my husband some jumper cables. So after my husband explained that you need both the cables and a running vehicle to jump another. He started a van so he could use it to get the truck started again. So while it was nice to have a large truck to clean out my grandmother’s home, the amount of downtime we had was absolutely absurd.
