They did not open on time and were closed at lunch time. I said I would return the truck about lunch time and that would have been a good time to let me know that they close for lunch. Otherwise, it was a great place and friendly.

It took over an hour to check me in (8:30am-9:30am) when I HAD reservation for 8:30am.They said my contact phone numbers had to be verified. I have rented from you many times and this has never happened. Also I wasn’t aware that the drop off location would be closed upon my return, so it didn’t know where to leave/park the trunk! I’ve never drop off at a CLOSED facility before so I had to leave it parked outside of the security gate. They never said they would be closed they said to return by 9:15am the next day and I assumed they would be there. I sat there waiting (from 9:00-9:30am) for them to open up the gate wasting valuable time! It was such a big confusion for me!!! :( Should have been told they were CLOSED on Sunday!
