Used the mobile pick up but ended up having to go inside a nasty convenience store any way. During drop off, there were intoxicated individuals peeing on the side of the building while we were trying to capture photos of the vehicle. Will not be renting again from this location. Also, the third party verification was time consuming and annoying. I made the reservation and someone as the designated driver. Why did our friend have to be called to verify what was going on? That doesn’t make sense to me. The whole process took forever. We didn’t get going until over 20 minutes into our reservation.
