It was ok want rent again last customer left dirt in the back water bottle in front but the host was great at the location sun visor was broke

Terry VFix the transmission in the truck and I gave the rep the location I wanted to leave the truck and he looked it up and told me perfect. Now uhaul want to charge me 183 bucks saying I dropped it of at the wrong location

TED BThis place does not need to be renting Uhauls. I arrived, the man at the counter did not speak good English, he told me I could not rent it right now because the man was not there, so I told the man at the counter I needed the truck, he gave me a man's phone number, told me to call him, I called him, he told me that he could not come and rent the truck because he had errands he had to run, so i tried to rent it online, the system told me that I could not do it and call this Uhaul number, so I called that number, then while on hold, another man called me and was a friend of the man who was suppose to rent me the truck, he tried to help me.....the story goes on and on.....I finally got the truck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
