The location wasn’t open when I was there to pick up my van. I requested moving blankets which they did not have on site. The vehicle had a check engine light on. It was not a smooth pick up and no, I would not pick up a vehicle from them again.

It was ok want rent again last customer left dirt in the back water bottle in front but the host was great at the location sun visor was broke

Terry VFix the transmission in the truck and I gave the rep the location I wanted to leave the truck and he looked it up and told me perfect. Now uhaul want to charge me 183 bucks saying I dropped it of at the wrong location
