Booked a 23 foot trailer from u haul in November 2025 that cost me $270 plus $180 gas for a total of $450 . Outrageous that a 10 foot trailer cost over $1000 not including the $160 gas i spent on it. Would not recommend either that location or that size of a trailer .

Personnel were fine but U-Haul equipment was kinda snowed in and they didn’t know what they had available. I wanted to do pick up and drop off from this location. Said the trailer I wanted wasn’t available and didn’t have any other options but they did.

KELSEY PRental company didn’t know how to do the computer work. They tried to charge me $59.99 for rental and $20 for insurance instead of pulling up my reservation that was $29.99 for rental and $10 for insurance. After ten minutes of arguing they finally charged me the proper cost. Trailer had no jack to lift it up for hook up which hurt my back lifting and pulling it onto the hitch. No one helped me hook it up or unhook it and agin hurt my back lifting and pulling back to get it off hitch
