The reason I gave an average review was because no one knew how to hook up the unit to my vehicle or how to fill out the paperwork, only the owner, who wasn't there! Just have a course on this with your employees & it will be a great uhaul location to come to!

My issues is I was told I had to return it to melita or pay 200 bucks and when I dropped it off in melita the business there said it could have been left in Virden! So someone need to get their shit together cause this cost me 3 hours of my time today! I feel I should be reimbursed!
