Truck at highway speed or 15-25 mph was annoying. Almost made me car sick from the “skipping” the contactless pickup/drop off was easy to use and allowed for “out of business hours” pick up.

LaToya WMade a reservation for the next day at 10 AM , I arrived right. At 10, I was greeted warmly and in less than 20 minutes I was on my way. The truck was in perfect shape and handled perfectly. Douglas KI'm writing a review because my appointment for pickup was at 8am. When I arrived, no one was there to give me the keys. So after about 30-45 minutes of talking to a customer service representative, I was then rerouted to a different location to pick up the rental. I was not compensated for the huge screw up that set my movers back an extra hour that I had to pay them for because of U-Haul's mix up. I was then overcharged on my final invoice to add insult to injury. U-Haul has to do better.
