LET CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR CELL PHONE ON THEIR PERSON TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. I had to WALK THREE MILES to get my cell phone just so I could pick up this truck. Not only did this add an hour to my loading schedule, but it was a huge inconvenience. Had I known in advance, I would have had my cell phone with me. SECONDLY, I reserved an appliance hand truck, but they didn't have one available, so I had to use a furniture dolly, which was in no way helpful. I'd like to think if I reserve a FULL WEEK IN ADVANCE you could make sure I get the equipment I need. So the location gets four stars, U-HAUL gets ONE.

My pick up location was changed twice within a 48 hour period. That was very inconvenient and I would not recommend continuing to do this since it causes much confusion and is overall unprofessional. I was very unhappy about the changes.
