I originally made my reservation for pick up in Fresno. The day before I got a call saying there weren’t any one way trucks available but I could get one in Visalia. It upset me but I had no other choice. This location was understanding and great to work with.

Great customer service. The owner was very helpful and took care of the immediate need for U-Haul. Return was easy as well. No hassles at all.
Andrew RTold me it would be a one way trip and that I wouldn’t have to return the truck all the way back to same location turned out I did INFACT have to return all the way back ! Wasted my car gas and time. Everyone was very rude and not helpful.
