I got there after hours, so I am unaware of the helpfulness of the personnel - I said yes anyway. I gave a lower rating simply because the dropoff location was a bit odd without super clear UHaul space, but rather just kind of parking wherever fit.

DAVID SI saw trucks behind the locked gate and in front of the gate. I didn’t know which one was mine. That was confusing. I paid for a couch cover, but that was not loaded inside my truck. I want a refund.
