How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had to be sent to this location last minute when the pick up location of Grab and Go did not have the promised truck. We had a 7am pick up time there and nobody told us the truck was not available before we showed up. We did get ahold of someone at the 1800 number and they rerouted us to the Brazos Home Hardware location for a bigger truck than we had ordered. That location did not open until 8:00 BUT the owner let us in early and was SO helpful!
