The Uhaul staff was out of town and other employee had no idea what was going on. It took me 45 minutes to get my key, and all along it was in the shop (after having the employee open every key box).

The agent was not available- store clerk was very rude. We locked the keys inside of the rental and the clerk just watched us without offering help.
