We went to the Auburn location we booked the U-Haul and were told there were not enough trailers for rental and had to drive an hour away to Wadley to get one. Strike one as we were on a time crunch. We had a 6 hour drive back to our home in Mooresville NC. Made the additional hour drive there and another hour back to auburn. At the Wadley location we waited 45 minutes for the staff to figure out how to fill out the contract and they had no idea how to hook the trailer to our hitch. My husband how to watch a YouTube video and did it himself. This set our trip back by 3 hours. Extremely poor communication and staff was clearly not trained.

Then people didn’t know how to check me in our out of the truck it took 2 hours to get the truck and a hour to turn in back in they was just lost
