There isn't a person to interact with. We dropped off the trailer without knowing if was safe or not. Anyone could of come and take it.
MARIA BI needed a truck for a one way haul SAME DAY, and these guys went out of their way to find me what we needed and did it remotely in a way I didn't know was possible Big Thumbs up and Kudos to this Branch!!!
SHAUN PHave someone man the location so that they can check the equipment and hook up the trailer for disabled customers. My original pickup was supposed to be 29 Palms. I got a call the night before that the pickup location would be changed to the unmanned Joshua Tree location. The trailer was clean but, the tires on the trailer were unbalanced and bounced the entire 500 mile trip. I had to call someone to help hook up the trailer and check the lights. They said that I could have driven to yet another location if I needed physical help. Plus the price that I reserved the trailer for was not reflected in what they wanted to charge me. I will not be renting from any of the Morongo basin U Haul businesses again
