The service reps were friendly . However, they put down the wrong drop off location and that caused me a lot of problems later on.

The van was ready for me as scheduled and was clean . The staff at the pickup location, Devon were fantastic and efficient. The only issue I had with the rental experience was the actual sign in. The issue was the U- Haul computer app. The system was so slow that the staff had to resort to using their phones. This should be updated as if there were multiple sin ins that day it would have made a lot of unhappy individuals.
