I was given a truck that the company knew had a problem with the back getting stuck open. I know this because when I called to say it was stuck the employee said "is this Sean? Yea that truck has done that before". Luckily this happened at the end of the day and we were able to make arrangements but had it been when we were loading the truck an entire days work would have been ruined. On top of that I parked where I was told to, and came back to my car blocked in on both sides by uhaul trucks

Parking a small issue. I know there's nothing to be done considering your physical location. Everything else was excellent. I was in and out the morning of my rental within 15 minutes.

I had terrible customer service from this location, even before I had picked up my rental. The store manager is completely unprofessional and in fact HUNG UP on me when calling to ask questions about my upcoming rental. I had filed a complaint and I was told I would be taken care of and would see a discounted rental rate, which I did not see.

I completed the online check-in process thinking it would expedite the pick-up, but I still had to provide a driver's license, credit card and estimated mileage. I am not impressed with the process.

The location was just fine. They opened on time, and I had no issues picking up the van and returning it after hours. I would recommend the location to a friend since it was way less busier than locations in Boston/Cambridge. Van was in great shape.

Never met Ken, but he was very helpful on the phone and very patient, explaining all the details of the dropping off process. we dropped off on a Sunday, when the office was closed. I would book from him again and recommend him to my friends. But on another topic, I got a text message the day after we dropped off the truck in Waltham that our "agreed upon" spot was in Brighton. First I'd ever heard of that. Nearly had a heart attack. Maybe that's where you would have liked the equipment to be dropped off, but was not the arrangement which I had over the phone and on my contract. If you need to make a switch again I suggest phone contact.

I was to return the truck at 7/8, but either gauge was off or the tank capacity I was given was off. I ended up filling the truck. I asked for some recompense and was denied. I certainly would have been charged if I didn't return the truck appropriately fueled. It turned a good experience into an annoying one.

The truck driver compartment is very smelly. Also, I needed for the whole 24 hrs day, but didn't realize that the location had 'tucked in 4 hrs' in the contract. The sales person told me that the charge is for 24 hours, but slipped in the 4 hours in there. They charged me for two days, when I returned the truck the manager told me that he is upset and I should be afraid of him. He said that I am arguing with him and this stays with him for a long time. I was asking question on the policy of 24 hours versus double charging. They have a huge dog in the office. Also, why does the office need to have huge dog? People could be allergic or phobic to dogs... They don't even have a sign saying beware of dog or something like that. Such a surprise can create hyper anxiety all of a sudden.
