Gregorio GOne way, two day truck returned by me after one day. I asked for a receipt, but the agent only took pictures and said Gary would complete the return. If I had concerns afterwards I could call their store. Gary in Warden WA failed to timely mark the return in the uhaul system, so I was charged for 3 days. Uhaul transit office did refund the extra charge.

Michael SMake sure that the consumables state of the vehicle ie: Gas, is actually at the level that the manager said it was, but was. I do not know who is responsible for this, but I ended up paying $46.75 for fuel I did not use. I picked the vehicle up and it only had 3/8 of a tank but was told it had 7/8. I filled the vehicle to just over 1/2, which was more than I used. And still I was overcharged. I raised this issue with the site owner, and he said he would look into it. He was nice, no doubts, great customer service interaction, but my issue goes unresolved. I was taken advantage of without recourse.
