The guy that was working there barely wanted to talk he was getting very fustrsted trying to the young man they hired. The young boy didn't do the door correctly and got it stuck I took almost a half hour for me to pick up a vehicle and was already pre registered. Poor customer service. The truck I had was falling apart the brakes were ok not great the cigarette lighter didn't work had no way to charge my phone.

Clean windshield inside and out. Clean side mirrors. The one I rented was smudged. Not good when driving into the sun. Make sure oil is OK. I had a message pop on dash: oil needs to be changed. Lucky for me I didn't drive far. Do a quick check with customer how to adjust mirrors, etc.

The rental center was Top Notch! The customer service 800 number is something that needs Attention! As a frequent user of U-Haul, I will "Never Again" use the company websites recommended move helpers again! They arrived 6 hour's late, when trying to find their company customer support it kept sending me to the U-Haul Support number of which it took them 7 minutes and 42 seconds to answer with the same message "have you rated your experience yet? Go to Their website and let others know..Really? Really? I was Charged $155.95 within 1 minute of filling out the order and lost another day's rental charge on the truck I rented. Then you have the nerve to send me an email to rate you! Really? Really? Here is what I will be posting on Google and Yelp, "13 mile Ryan Store can teach Main Office "How to treat Paying Customers"! Do not ask for moving help from their recommended list unless you want to pay an extra day rental. Don't call Customer Service as they may be to busy to help you resolve an issue that they have a hand in causing"! Now are you Satisfied I Rated your Lack of Service? Going forward I will use Penske truck rental as they are not Hiding in Az. With the moving helpers they Promote.

The staff is not very friendly. They mumbled through most of our conversation and were not very helpful in communicating the process of where to put my vehicle to obtain the rental. The online process was very helpful and I feel that had I not used uhaul.com to rent I would have had a less than stellar experience. I was very happy with the pricing though.

dropped of the trailer at 7:30, wanted confirmation that it was checked in, call center sent messages to the location, location never responded, never answered my e-mail or picked up my calls. Finally checked unit in the following day, and never got confirmation that it was, had to call the call center to confirm. Terrible communication

When I walked into the store, there were no service representatives to meet me. I waited approximately 5 minutes before I asked another customer if he knew where they were and he said they were working on his Jeep in the back. I finally knocked on the door to get their attention so I could get some service. Even though there was approximately 4 cameras in the store it took me knocking on the door to get them to come and wait on me. If I was a "crooked" customer, I could have walked out of their with all kind of merchandise and they probably wouldn't have noticed but I know I would have been on cameras. I am just trying to prove a point in customer service.

I was given a 26 foot truck that was unsafe to drive. I found out while driving through a rain storm that the windshield wipers did not work. When I brought the truck back, the employees knew it didn't work and were not concerned. As a result, I am never using Uhaul; again and finishing my move with Penske!

Hire better employees...he was very rude and picked a fight with us..cussing me out and asking me to punch him...im glad i had a witness...this guy had a real issue..telling me he wanted to see what i had, and just would not leave it alone...it went on for 5 minutes him challenging me to a fight...it was the worst experience ive ever had renting a truck at any place...someone else would of punched him just as he was asking for, and the situation would of escelated to unmanaged level..and a law suit for uhaul...i will never be back to uhaul ever and niether will anyone of my business associates.and friends..one of my friends has a moving company and rents about 15 trucks a month he was in shock that it went this far..he said he knows the guy is rude but not to this level.. The 17' truck I rented had 158,000 miles on it and it definitely showed. Doing a walk around to inspect for damage before leaving the lot was comical, because the truck was covered with scratches, dings and dents. I ended up taking many pictures just in case, because I didn't want to get blamed for any of the damage. Surprisingly the truck seemed to be in good mechanical condition which I guess is more important. I did the online check-in and picking up the truck took about 15 minutes once I got there. Returning was quick and easy the next morning right at 9AM as they opened. The only hiccup was that I was told that even though I requested a 5 hour rental, the fees are actually the same for 24 hours. I then ended up having to extend my time, but had to call Uhaul and speak to multiple people before I was allowed to bring it in the next morning (less than 24 hours) without any additional charges.

The truck had 1/4 tank when we rented. People do not want to have to deal with another stop in their already busy day! The windshield wiper was broken but we didn't find that out until it was pouring rain outside and we couldn't see the road. When we brought this to the attention of the service person inside the store, his response was yes, we are aware of that. How are you about to send a customer out knowing something is defective on the truck? I was very displeased with my whole experience here and I have rented U-Hauls time and again but will never go back to this location.

I left a message with the call center to have the store manager call me regarding my invoice, and to date - one week today, I have never heard back from Sean! The message center told me that they were relaying my message to Sean, the store manager! Also, the line is always busy at the store and I get routed to the message center and they cannot resolve any issues, they can just forward a message to the store, who does not return calls! I believe this needs to be addressed with the store manager (Sean) who the message was left for! Very poor customer service! I do not plan on using U-Haul AGAIN!

Truck had broken wiper blade on driver's side. This was a major safety issue - as we had rain and had to pull over alot while on the freeway. Not happy about that. The cargo area of the truck leaked a lot of water onto my wooden furniture and left water stains on furniture while we were moving. Customer service people very uninformed/unprofessional on handling issues like these. Manager (Sean) was very professional and handled the matter on the following day. They need to staff with more people having good customer service skills while running the desk. They need to have an operational checklist of their trucks before giving the truck out to the next person.

Inside of the truck was full of garbage and the dolly was not attached. We called your number to let them know and we were still charged for the use of the dolly. I will say, this is the first truck we've rented that ran decent. This was the only good thing about this rental.

GET YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM FIXED, I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM KEPT CRASHING SO THEY COULDN'T PROCESS THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO GET CUSTOMERS OUT THE DOOR IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WAS NOT TO HAPPY TO BE KEPT WAITING SO LONG.

The truck was clean, but it was a piece of crap. Old , ran rough, very bumpy. I am a CDL holder so I am used to driving trucks and for a little box truck it was hard to drive and you couldnt adjust the right mirror-making this vehicle unsafe and it should not be on the road

This location is the only U-Haul location I go to. The entire staff have always been very nice, friendly and very professional. I go there often to have my propane tanks filled, they know me my face recognition, it's always a joy to see the guys! I cannot express in words the great quality and care with the service I receive there.
