19.95 should at least be close. Extra for gas? Ok fine, then why mileage as well? Anyway after 4hrs of use and 40 miles the bill was 99.00. I know it adds up but seems a bit excessive. My fault for not adding it all up. Home Depot next time for 17.95. Thanks.

The App for returning the vehicle would not complete the return. Would get to the last step on paying and would go to white screen and freeze up. Wasted a lot of time taking pictures and trying to submit. Next I will just record the info and drop key. What a waste of my time.

Other than the reservation that was botched at a separate location on the, the only present employee finally was able to assist me. He had me hitch up to a trailer parked between two others. He put the trailer on the hook well enough and helped me check the lights and disappeared back inside. The other two trailers we're too close however and it would have caused serious damage to multiple trailers and possibly my truck had I attempted to drive away. I then had to find the employee and wait for him to return and help manually push the other trailer out of the way. When returning the trailer the next day the same employee finally came out and emerged from the building with a lit cigarette in his mouth, and proceeded to unhitch the trailer while continuing to smoke. The employee asked if I wanted a receipt, to which my reply was "yes". He then complained and said it was a pain in the ass. At this point I just wanted to leave and told him that an emailed receipt would be sufficient. an half hour later I received a call identified on caller ID as Freddie Wallace, who never identified himself as an employee or contractor for Uhaul. He asked if I just picked up a trailer, I told him no, assuming he was an employee I told him I just dropped one off. He proceeded to tell me they didn't know the whereabouts of a piece of equipment and "someone else must have taken it". I use Uhaul on a regular basis for work and personal reasons as needed and I will avoid this location and it's employees at all costs.

Decrease wait times. Staff was minimal at best. My uhaul experience lasted 3.5 hours and over 30 minutes of that was waiting for pickup and drop off. Truck had sticky steering wheel, crooked steering wheel, and check engine light on.

These guys were the best, even looking for something for me to use as a step to get up into the van. Once I was home, my friend could go in the basement and get me a step to use the rest of the day, but I forgot to get my husband to get it for me before he left for work. The staff at U-Haul found me something for that first time up, from then on, I was okay, but without their help, my day would have been much longer!

First the rental equipment in the back already had the tie broken when I picked it up... second I used it for maybe 12 hours before I had to get a jump start because it died on me... third when I returned my truck I was the only person there returning or picking up anything. I pulled up to the return area and waited with my equipment as instructed by the massive signs. After waiting about 10 minutes a woman drove up and went inside and came out 1 minute later and had help getting 3 propane tanks filled. Still another 25 minutes went by before I was helped, mind you I was the only customer there for most of this experience. Now comes time to pay and who could have guessed I got charged for another day of rental because I was 30 minutes over my return time. Essentially I was charged a dollar a minute to wait to be helped. I always use u haul when I need a vehicle but this has made me change my mind. I'll be giving penske my business in the future

After a poor experience, I left a note with the keys upon drop-off, noting the the van was in need of attention. I also emailed U-Haul directly. Not only have I not received a response from either, but I was charged the full amount for my rental. When a customer is inconvenienced by rented equipment that does not work, I would think that some type of compensation would be made. To 'improve for the next customer' - you could ensure that equipment is working, address customer concerns in-store when you are asked if equipment might be faulty, and reply to concerns when they are made through email or in-store.
