I requested a dolly but it was not in the truck, so I cancelled it. Yellow warning sign ("!", looks like tire issue) was on, however it was ignored.

Slow service at pick-up. Scheduled for 9 a.m. pick-up and had to wait. Not much communication from the staff. Finally got out at 9:30 . . on-line check in did not save any time as staff still had me re-entering same data.

Make sure that, if a customer has rented blankets or anything else, that they walk out with them. I forgot my 6 rented blankets, and while I take full accountability for this, it would be great if the U-Haul Rep would have made sure I had them.

the truck was not available when I arrived. They had to call the customer and have them bring it back. I was scheduled to pick it up at 12pm. Finally drove away with the truck around 130-2pm

My reservation number was 91391840, please read the notes in the system. The people at this location were amazingly helpful and friendly. My van smells like a wet dog there was a long white hairs from a German Shepherd all inside the back. The entire day was a nightmare, the good news is it all worked out in the staff at 13 mile and Ryan were amazing.

When returning vehicleat 5pm the sales rep had a very bad attitude... not sure if he knows what is customer service is ....do not take your frustration out on the next customer.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I called u haul reservation number and reserved a truck at 13 mile and Ryan location for 10:45am. I go there and I am told that the reservation has been moved to a location in Shelby township. I drive half an hour to that location and I am told that the truck will be available at 11pm instead of 11 am. I call the u haul number again and I am told that I can have the truck at the original location at 3 pm. This whole round about caused me extreme irritation and the loss of significant time Overall I feel doubtful I'll be using U haul services in the future.

The counter team was very unfriendly, especially the manager guy. Had issue with car door lock. They refused to help out so I had to call UHAUL call center for the roadside assistance. I will never go this location again nor recommend to anyone.

I had a guaranteed rental for a 5X8 trailer, but the night before they called and said the could only supply a 4X8 trailer. It did not work well for me so what is the guarantee?

The man at the register on Saturday morning, August 20th, 2016was the rudest, most unpleasant person I've ever come across. I wish I had his name but he was a white male, very tattooed, blondish, maybe in his mid to late twenties. He wax a miserable person who does not belong in customer service

Very bad experience when dropping off the car dolly. I rented the trailer for two days thinking I'd need to keep it over night , after 4hours I realized I could return the trailer same day without keeping it the second day. I called into the call center/ corporate and explained to them that I'd be returning the trailer same day and wouldn't need it for the second day , I asked what the process was and she explained that I just needed to return it to this location as originally agreed and that they'd issue me a credit of $21 and some coin for me returning it the same day. I arrived at the location , unhooked the trailer myself and placed it next to the others on the grounds assuming that's where it belonged. I went inside and a gentleman standing behind the desk asked if I was returning the trailer , I said yes and he gave me a receipt. I explained to him the conversation I had with corporate / call center about being issued the credit and he became very offensive.. Taking a stance as if I was scamming him. He told me there was no refund for returning the trailer the same day.. He then told me that the trailer wasn't supposed to be returned to his location...I showed him the paperwork I had from the time of rental and he glanced at it quickly and continued to hold a stance as if I was scamming him.. He told me again no credit and if there were a credit it wouldn't be paid from his store.. I then mentioned that he should contact the call center / corporate for a second option to our situation , he said sometimes their not always on the same page with each other and then assisted another customer. I kept my composure and decided to voice it here .

Very friendly staff but the line was out the door when we arrived to pick up the uhaul and we stood in line over 40 minutes. The uhaul wasn't very clean (empty water bottles under seats, etc). It barely had a quarter tank of gas in it as well. We had to put gas in it to even get to our destination. I would expect to refill it on return but having to fill it to even use it? Didn't seem right.
