When I pick it up no paperwork, no receipt and was charged for the insurance which I told him I didn't want the insurance. But I didn't see the receipt so I don't know what I paid for. And I did asked for a receipt and he told me they don't give receipt. The drop off was fine, but he couldn't find the receipt. I guess the Foreigner got what he wanted, I never use the warrensburg u-haul ever again. It makes me feel like when I need one I will check with other companies.

Jeremy OFire the stoned young lady that works there. Her hair was 4 or more different colors and did not appear to have seen a brush for days, had a nose ring, acted like she did not want to be at work, much less help any one. She refused to add a dozen furniture pads to my order, said I would have to do it online, asked me to pick from 3 drop off locations none of which was the one I picked online, when I suggested she call U-Haul, she told U-Haul I was being rude and cussing at her. I did not utter any profane words, non was I rude, I just expected a minimum level of service. She handed the phone to me and the guy on U-Haul end told me he would complete my transaction online. I had to ask to get my driver’s license back. Then I found the truck with the floorboard dirty, and when I opened the back at my house the back was full of gravel. I am 69 years old and have been renting uhauls for 50 years, she was the worst person to represent U-Haul I have ever dealt with.
