Location was good. Think representative was honest. I could recommend her, but not UHaul. UHaul is dishonest. I have been overcharged. Contacted this location and was told that my objection to overall rental would be turned over to someone for review. That was Monday, June 30. Today is July 13, and I have heard nothing. I just received my credit card statement and the overcharge was put on my card. I will file a complaint with my credit card company if don’t hear from UHaul in next few days. Next time, I will go back to Penske. I had no problem with them. Another thing, they advertise $49.95 per day, then charge $50.00; 99 cents per mile and then charge $1.00. That isn’t a large amount per rental, but think of how many rentals UHaul has over a year. I will be surprised if this review gets posted by UHaul!
