The cashier didn’t know how to check in or out my uhaul. Had to call someone and do the process over speaker phone in the middle of the store. When I went to check out they didn’t provide any confirmation or receipts. When I called to confirm information they claimed they didn’t do Uhaul pickups. Awful process.
