Location was convenient. The worker at the gas station had not really been trained on rentals, and her calls to the location owner did not help. But she tried. The reservation wouldn’t let me do TruckShare on the app. I finally called customer service. The area U-Haul manager called back right away was able to help and was apologetic. Turns out last person left the keys in the truck and never did the return process. They also left the back of the truck full of clumps of dirt. I spent over an hour picking up the truck. It was pretty obvious that the location did not check the truck at all. I would use them again because of their proximity to me. But I hope as a newer U-Haul rental location, they figure out the process for others who are not as laid back as me.
