The system had an outage and made it difficult to pick up and drop off properly. The mileage was over 200 miles over what was on my contract and I called to report it but it was useless…only to be charged over $500 and I only went about 22 miles to Capitol Heights Md to my home in DC and back to Bolling AFB.
Tarita BMobile coverage is weak and your app works poorly. I had to retake all pictures because they didn't register. It took 30 minutes to check out and 30 minutes to check in AND AND...the app told me to drop the keys AND THEN said to take pictures of the inside of the vehicle??!! So I had to go back and get the keys and do it again. Put a wifi or signal booster at your parking area. Also get some lights near the key drop boxes because there are cement suicide benches in the way when you walk into that corner. Ask about the bleeding gouge on my shin. Go put the lock boxes on a post in the parking area instead of 50 yds away in a dark corner. Oh, and check the tire pressure.

Zach M⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently rented a van from U-Haul and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The online reservation and pickup process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The van itself was spotless, in excellent condition, and felt almost brand new. What truly made the experience exceptional was the customer service. Communication was seamless, and Billy went above and beyond—he answered my calls every time I had a question and made sure I felt supported throughout the rental. That level of attentiveness made a big difference. Overall, this was one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be using U-Haul again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicles and excellent service.
