I rent quite a few U-Hauls and this is the fastest location I've dealt with. Usually it takes about 20 minutes, like the computer systems are super slow. Maybe the difference is this time I checked out online ahead of time. Whatever the difference was I was in and out and that's a way I expect it to go.
