Very difficult return process. Check-in system appeared to not be functioning correctly at drop off location. Check-in system on the U-Haul app was also was not working. App keep return to the same questions after answering them. Finally got to point of photographing trailer only to be returned same questions. Spoke with U-Haul customer service. They wanted more pictures and told to use website or they would charge more for check-in, which was the following day. This long time customer will avoid U-Haul in the future and advise others against using U-Haul.

Facility was closed on New Years Eve in the middle of the day. But drop-off went fine.
MARVIN SAfter reserving my truck online I was sent to.a different location. Talked to customer service found a comparable truck closer to my residence and was quoted a price of $197.06 TOTAL after taxes and fees. This also included an appliance dolly and 13 blankets. Upon reviewing my credit card, I was billed $274.84 and then an additional $45.83. Im contacting the BBB if I dont receive a refund. This is theft.
