I had a reservation at 3:30 pm. I came in ten minutes early and was second in line. There was a man helping the couple in front of me, and he was the only one on the register. He finished up with them in about twenty minutes, and then went and helped them hook up their trailer. I was told to take a seat and he would be right back to help me. At 4:25 he finally came back inside to assist me. Instead of feeling bad that I had waited so long and trying to get me out of there quickly, he told me he needed some water and casually took his time to get it, and sip on it by the cooler, untilmhe was done. I had already checked in online when I had first arrived. There were many others behind me who just left while I was waiting. If I hadn’t if needed the rental so bad, I would have left too. There was no reason that I had to be at U-haul for an hour and a half, when I was at the front of the line. The employees kept blaming the manager for the short staff. Step it up U-Haul.

I brought the truck back after closing (7p) instead of 5:30 as I said I would...and then tried the website, well long story short they didn't charge me the extra day. If this is out in your area make this Uhaul your go to location!

I think if the customer stops by ahead of time to reserve a rental that maybe they should have some priority when the store opens instead of standing in line with all the people who haven't made a reservation.

Very old trailer but worked for the simple job. Would have been nice to have been informed I was getting a 34 year old trailer! Very distracted check in desk agent who numerous times stopped talking with me mid stream and started up another conversation with coworkers. (surprisingly I believe the person I was dealing with was a manager (Ms. Sanchez ?) Rarely have I seen such poor communication skills with a customer. Note: facility was not busy. 2 customers checking in and 2 customers waiting with 2 counter agents checking people in. The U-Haul trailer hook up assistant did a good job however the trailer was parked in an awkward location. The trailer return U-Haul assistant managed the trailer return promptly with no issues.

The lights on the trailer didn't work. Attendant said it was my vehicle's wiring. Turns out it was the trailer that had defective wiring.

The mobile login wouldn't work for over 50 minutes, even after calling. We went in store and they wouldn't let us keep the truck the whole 4 hours anymore, and only got to have it for a little less than 3. The office staff wasn't friendly for this happening to us, when it wasn't our fault.

Friendly and professional



When signing the paperwork I was told I had to have a contact person verify me. The salesperson told me if they didn't answer the phone, I couldn't rent the truck. This should have been told to me when I reserved the truck, not the day of. Please advise.. The gentleman that checked the truck back in was professional and prompt. He made the process extremely easy. Uhaul needs more employees like him.
