The guy that checked me in didn't look like he wanted to be there, had a hard time with my return, took him to long to get help, wasn't cheerful, had dread on his face, pickup truck had dirt in the bed wasn't swept out, message it needed an oil change on the dash. at times lack of service due to not enough staff the 4 times I've been there. this time they had printers working or decided to use them, the past our printers are down. for weeks? that is just pure BSMICHAEL ALAN D.

Ive rent from uhaul MANY, MANY times! The system has def changed, not for the better. The truck was not even pulled up anywhere near the door, I had to walk to the end of the big parking lot to pick up the truck. Then the rep told me to pull up to the door so I could get my furniture pads, those weren't even in the truck or ready to go. The rep used to walk around the truck to look for damage etc, now they just have you do it by yourself & you have to submit your own pics of the damage?? Not impressed with companies like this that look for the easiest way out where the employees do the least amount of work but the costs have gone up?ROSANN THERESE S.

The equipment we were given was very old and not big enough. You should put in the description that it will not hold a queen size bed. While traveling I seen plenty of trailers with this on the back of a 5. by 8James H.
Customer service was horrible. The gentleman that helped me clearly hated working there and seemed annoyed at my mere existence. The employees there do not have a sense of urgency. I work in retail and if I got treated the way I did, our business would be closed.
