The trailer brakes were worn out before I rented the trailer. I highly doubt the trailer brakes were tested by the rental site before I rented it. I didn't find out the trailer brakes were worn out until I made a harder than usual stop with the trailer fully loaded and on my way to FL from MI.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. First, when you call the store you are on a minimum of a 20 minute wait. After you arrive in their store, that's another half hour wait. Under staffed to say the least. If I had a problem on the road and had to call back at their office, I would be in big trouble. You should be ashamed to have this store use your U-Haul name.

When I picked up the truck the lady never told me there was amount of miles I could use before I would get charged. Then when I dropped the truck off there was only one guy waiting on people. Then the next day I checked my checking account and you took 16.66 out for gas because I went over miles. I am not very happy you did this.

Trucks were parked in the drive way blocking the entrance. Vehicles were all over the place. Noone inspected my vehicle when I turned it in. Manager was behind closed door and speaking to employees by yelling thru door.

When droping off truck and pulling into parking lot have a large sign saying RE-turning trucks here !! - Leave key intruck or bring inside ? Inside : once in store have a sign for line people re-turning trucks . Schedule w paper work . Kiosk machine to sign in

My pick-up time was schedule for 12:30. I arrived at 12:15, I stood in line from 12:15 to 1:54pm. That was entirely too long. There were five customer ahead of me. All of them complained of standing in line for close to two hours. There was only one station open, however, I observed quite a few U-Haul employee's outside, and walking in and out of the building. After waiting for nearly an hour in a half, a second station was open. He took a customer, and in the middle of working with that customer, he then asked if there was any one dropping off. He proceeded to stop work with his initial customer and began to service consumers dropping off, ahead of people standing in line for more then an hour. I believe when you have a rush like that, that consumers should take priority, a second or ever third station should have been opened immediately. Someone should have addressed the customer, apologizing for any inconvenience, and explained about the long wait time. And if you open up a second station that will only take drop off or pick up give and explanation to your patrons.
