There are 2 different entrances, both are blocked outside the opening hours, no clear indications (posters, explainations, etc.) of how a self-drop should be handled outside opening hours.

I ordered a 10 foot truck and U-Haul headquarters changed my order to an Econoline without telling me. I learned the fact on the morning of my arrival. When we contacted U-haul, they said (Sabrina) that I had been informed, which wasn't true. The lady at Waterloo was very kind, but Sabrina on the phone was rude and litteraly screaming at us. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. I had the worst time moving, having to do 4 trips in a rush to fit in the allowed time instead of 1. And this bad experience is entirely due to you. Sabrina at HQ being so rude just added insult to injury. I want to point out though that the girl at Shefford Textiles did her very best to help me and was very kind.

Le service était déplorable. N'ayant pas de carte de crédit, j'ai fait un dépôt de 100$. Une fois à Québec, du à l'erreur de comptabilité de la madame de Waterloo, je n'ai pas pu ravoir mon argent. J'ai du attendre un transfert bancaire directement de son superviseur Monsieur Gaudreau qui - en plus - m'a déduit 1,00$ de frais bancaire son MON argent !!! Je suis vraiment très insatisfaite. Ce n'est peut-être qu'un seul dollars, mais je suis étudiante universitaire et ce n'était certainement pas MON erreur.

Adress not written anywhere that can be read from the street (or hard to find?). I found where to leave the truck only because there already was another Uhaul truck there.

I received a bill 3 days after my rental for a charge of an extra day of 40$ + taxes. My truck was due for 1:11pm. I was in Waterloo at 1pm but after calling U-Haul services for the return procedure, he told me to proceed with the online procedure. It means, creating an online account, taking pictures, filling all the informations needed.By the time all this was done, it was 1:45pm. This means I was "30 minutes late" and you send me a bill of 40$. This is not a nice way to deal with your costumer and I am expecting a refund of theses charges.

Remettre un camion à l'endroit ou dans un rayon maximum de 15 kilomètres (surtout lorsque réservé longtemps à l'avance. Dans le cas présent, nous avons dû nous déplacer à 80 km de la maison. Aussi, s'assurer que tous les articles réservés sont dans le camion (ce n'était pas le cas pour nous). Le camion devrait être fourni avec un plein d'essence et retourné de la même façon. Ridicule de devoir s'ajuster avec un réserver à moitié ;-(. Je suis plus que déçue de mon expérience UHAUL.
